At the end of every meal (except breakfast) we were asked if we wanted coffee. For breakfast it was of course a natural part of the meal. The coffee was good most of the time and Ethiopian coffee is considered to one of the best.
Most restaurant had a special woman the make the coffee often on a special place in the room. It was most of the time done using two pots pouring from one to the other before filling rather small cups. It seemed they were often filled to the rim before we each got our cup.
